Introduction of product:

This product is a new functional filling master batch mainly produced by special resin, high quality transparent powder and assistants processed by double screw extruder, which has passed the SGS environmental protection certification. Its surface has through special processing and not easily exhalation.

Performance of product :

It has the property of high transparency, good hardness, wear-resisting oil absorption, even grain-size distribution, easy dispersion, well anti-collapse, good suspension and good stability. Also it has the good compatibility with the resin; its refractive index is similar to major synthetic resin.

Advantage of product:

This product compared with other master batch, the characteristics are:

(1) SJ—301 has property of good dispersion, fluidity and workability which cause the end product smooth exquisite.

(2) The transparency of film which adds SJ—301 are good, its light transmittance is much higher than film adding ordinary master batch.

(3) After adding SJ—301, the mechanics performance like angle tearing strength, tensile strength, extension at break of film is express better than ordinary master batch film.

(4) The heat sealing is good, which can improve the opening of finished product.

(5) Significantly reduce the cost of finished products, increase production efficiency.

(6) Easy to use, without any special equipment.

Application scope and Application method :

It is widely applied in each kind of film production such as packing membrane, earth film, greenhouse film, agriculture film and so on. It is also applied in plastic and rubber production.

(1) When use in HDPE and LDPE membrane, it will not affect the transparency and tensile of membrane when add 10% proportion SJ-301.

(2) When use in PP, PE injection molding, tubing and wiredrawing, it has good toughening and reinforcing function. 

(3) Add SJ-301 according to 5-10% proportion to resin, mix evenly, which can be used directly in machine.  (Product is different, adding amount is different also)
